HOW DOES OUR SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
We offer annual plans with different conditions for individuals and legal entities. To register, you must provide the following information:

🔒 Security and Responsibility. When registering, you are responsible for the information and data manually provided. In the case of entering data for a legal entity, you declare that you have the authority to complete such registration and take personal responsibility for this declaration.

👤 Personal and exclusive use. Access to our services is individual and non-transferable. It is prohibited to share, sell, or otherwise make your access available to third parties. We reserve the right to immediately cancel the user's access, without refund, and/or apply a fine, depending on the severity of the violation of this clause.
Acceptance of Terms. By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Notice, and other rules that ensure a safe and complete experience on our platform.

PLANS, FEATURES AND PARTNERS
5.1. Available Plans
We offer individual plans (for individuals) and business plans (for legal entities), all of which provide full access to the Platform, including access to features such as our health services, courses, and newsletter. The difference between these plans relates to the peculiarities of the type of registration and respective billing, in addition to the possibility of management and inclusion of users in the business plan format, among others that may be developed by our company for the best experience of its users.
Plans are automatically renewed according to the selected cadence (annual, semi-annual, or other). For cancellation, it is necessary to contact our Support Team through the contact channels in advance, expressing the desire not to renew.
5.1.1. Business Plan Users
Through our platform, we offer different levels of access and features, especially for corporate clients with business plans. For these plans, the Platform distinguishes between two types of users: administrators and collaborators.
Administrators: Administrators have special privileges, including the ability to manage content shared within the Platform, such as contexts, files, and experts. Additionally, they are responsible for managing team members' access, adjusting permissions according to company needs. Note: administrators must ensure that all tools are used appropriately and that their team complies with these TERMS.
Collaborators: Collaborators have access to resources and content as defined by administrators. Their access is limited to established permissions, which may vary according to the structure and needs of the company.
It is essential that all users, whether administrators or collaborators, use the tools responsibly, respecting the parameters established by our company and ensuring compliance with the TERMS.
5.2. Features
The features described below are exemplary, not exhaustive, meaning they may not be the only ones currently available on the Platform:

Transparency. By accepting these TERMS and using our platform, you declare that you are aware that all interactions with our health tools may be shared exclusively with the partners responsible for each technology. This sharing is essential for the correct functioning of our Platform, which intermediates access to different health solutions. We emphasize that these partners are reference companies, committed to seriousness and confidentiality, following the best security protocols. We do not access or read the content of interactions. If in doubt, the user can directly consult the security protocols adopted by these partners.
🔒 Information Sharing. You are solely responsible for all information entered on the Platform. To provide results, this data will be shared with our integrated health partners, according to your interaction and choice of interaction in our ecosystem, following the security practices indicated here and in our Privacy Notice.
Third-party Electronic Contracts linked to our services. By using the health services provided on the Platform, you agree to their respective Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
Partner Updates and Changes. Through our platform, we offer access to strategic partner health tools. However, we may suspend or terminate any partnership at any time, given the adaptability of the healthcare market that we are proposing to share with you, and updates to our ecosystem will be widely disclosed for your knowledge.

PAYMENT, GUARANTEES AND REFUND
6.1. Payment Methods and Refund
Payment Methods and Chargeback. The plans and form will be those in effect on the sales page at the time of access and may be subject to change.
In case of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. For payments made with a credit card, the time for the amount to appear on your statement may vary according to the card administrator. After the refund is processed by our company, it is your responsibility to check with your bank the timeframe for finalizing the processing.
How to Request Cancellation or Refund. Cancellation and refund requests must be formalized, necessarily, through the email: "[email protected]". Requests sent through other means will not be considered.
Billing and Invoices. Billing occurs before the issuance of the Invoice, which will be issued for the value of the product purchased, not the installment. Depending on the plan purchased, the Invoice will be subject to an issuance period of 30 days. Prior contact with our support team is recommended for manual issuance if necessary. We are not responsible for delays in issuance due to incorrect data or inappropriate plan selection. It is the customer's responsibility to keep data updated for tax purposes.
6.2. Guarantee for individual plans
🔒 30-Day Guarantee. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee (already including the legal period of 7 days) for individual plans (for individuals). If you are not satisfied with any product or service purchased, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After the 30-day period, refund requests will not be accepted, and the plan will be charged according to the chosen payment method.
6.3. Guarantee for business plans and seasonal products
🔒 07-Day Guarantee. Business plans (legal entities) come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee (already including the legal period, if applicable). If you are not satisfied with any product or service purchased, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted, and the plan will continue to be charged according to the chosen payment method.
Seasonal products also have a 7-day period for refund requests. This includes, for example, special offers such as Anti Black Friday, among other similar promotions that may be adapted and made available to you by our team. If the guarantee period stated on the sales page of a seasonal product is different from that indicated in this document, what is stated on the sales page will prevail.
Remember to take advantage of testing and exploring our ecosystem during the satisfaction guarantee period to ensure that it is exactly (or more!) what you were looking for; after all, if you're not happy to become a participant in our ecosystem, neither will we be!
6.4. Cancellation after guarantee period
For Gold, Platinum, and Elite plans, if cancellation is requested after the guarantee period, a 20% penalty will be applied to the remaining contract value. This provision does not apply to plans contracted with a time cadence, such as the annual plan, in which, if cancellation occurs after the guarantee period, there will be no refund, even if payment was made in installments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. Your Conduct and Responsibilities
Prohibition of Security Compromise. It is prohibited to use any service or tool connected to the Platform to compromise security or alter system resources and/or accounts of our company.
Prohibited Conduct. No conduct that may harm, offend, or cause moral damage to our company or other users will be accepted, such as, but not limited to:

Unauthorized access to third-party accounts;

Creation of immoral, unethical, pornographic, erotic, and other related content;

Use of the Platform for illegal practices or contrary to the TERMS;

Use of unauthorized resources to obtain, provide, or extract information.
Any inappropriate use of the Platform may result in suspension or permanent blocking of the user, depending on the severity of the interaction.
Fair Use Policy. To ensure service quality, we adopt a fair use policy. If your use of the Platform exceeds 99.8% of the average way our user base uses it, for two weeks or more, you will be notified by email. If the misuse persists, your access may be suspended and your data deleted after two weeks.
Responsibility for Damages. The handling of the Platform is entirely your responsibility, and you are solely responsible for how you use it, directly taking responsibility for your actions in our ecosystem. If you cause damages, fines, or penalties to our company through inappropriate use or provision of false information, you will be subject to indemnifying our company for all damages we may suffer due to your fault.
Individual Password and Access Account Protection. After registration, it is mandatory to change the temporary password provided by us to a strong password for your exclusive use. Your password must be personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the security of your password and for not sharing it with third parties, so be careful and do not share it, in any way, with third parties. No one from our team will ask for this password from you.
If you notice improper use of your account, contact us through the official channels indicated in this document.
Possibility of Access Account Blocking. If you violate this document, our company's guidelines, or applicable laws, or if there is any inappropriate behavior or suspicion of fraud, you may have your access to the Platform blocked, limited, or suspended, without prior notice. In these cases, our company will take other necessary measures, if needed.
8.2. Rights and Responsibilities of Our Company
Limitations of Liability. Our company will not be responsible for any information improperly shared, nor for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of intentional act or gross negligence on our part, duly proven by you.
🔒 Access and Shared Content. We do not have access to content shared by users in our health services, acting only as a connection tool between the user and the health platforms in our ecosystem. However, for greater security of our users and our ecosystem, the Platform adopts a responsible policy with blocking against sensitive or discriminatory content that may be requested from our health services.
Temporary Platform Interruption. According to the limits established in current legislation, our company will not be responsible for damages and losses eventually caused to you as a consequence of unavailability, access failures, and lack of continuity of the Platform for reasons beyond its control or when communicated in advance, at its discretion, for maintenance, improvements, and other actions related to our ecosystem.
This means that our company reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the Platform, without prior notice, for technical aspects and/or for reasons of fortuitous event or force majeure, according to the best market practices for our users.

DATA DELETION
Request for Deletion of Access Data and Personal Data. The user may request the deletion of their personal information from the access account made available to our company, through our official contacts.
Data Retention After Account Deletion. After the user's account is deleted, all interaction data with our health services are automatically deleted, with no file or form of recovery, and other data related to the account will be deleted within 90 calendar days from the date of request, keeping only data related to billing and others necessary for our company's legal and fiscal obligations with public agencies.
Manual Deletion By the User. Information and documents shared in our health tools can be deleted by the user within the Platform, in a simple way, by clicking on "settings" and, in sequence, selecting whether to delete all chats or all files permanently. It is important to emphasize that this action is immediate and irreversible, given that there is no archiving or backup by our company.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
🔒 Privacy and Security. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information, having no access to interactions between users and our health tools. In the case of business plans, the administrator will be aware that they do not have access to information entered by users to whom they may eventually grant access, making it possible only to define different permission levels for each one.
Investigation and Cooperation with Authorities. We reserve the right to investigate potential violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as to fully cooperate with competent authorities or comply with Justice requests, making it possible to provide your information in this case, through compliance with legal orders to which there is due extrajudicial or judicial requisition from competent bodies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unauthorized Access. The use without prior and express authorization of content made available by our company is prohibited, including, but not limited to texts, graphics, images, logos, icons, photographs, editorial content, notifications, brands, and any Intellectual Property of our company or third parties that granted the right and license for use.
🔒 License for use. Access to our services does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any brand, logo, or protected content of our company or third parties, and permission for use must be conferred through express authorization granted through our company and through its legal representatives.
Respect for Intellectual Property Rights. By accessing the Platform, you agree to respect the Intellectual Property rights of our company and third parties.
Prohibition of Misuse. It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any part of the services and content provided by our company, without our prior written consent.
Responsibility for Violation. Any violation of intellectual property laws or these TERMS may result in civil and criminal liability.

VALIDITY AND UPDATES
These Terms and Conditions of Use are valid for an indefinite period as long as the Platform and its functionalities are available. We may review and update any condition at any time, according to the adaptability of our ecosystem, and you will be informed about these changes with prior notice so that you can understand any changes made.
If you disagree with any change, you may terminate or not renew your link with our Platform, contacting us through the indicated contact channels, if you cannot delete your account directly through the Platform.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
We are committed to resolving any problem amicably and seeking fair solutions for everyone, always prioritizing open dialogue and good communication.
For Business Plans (legal entity), if differences arise, the parties agree that the solution will be sought through mediation, that is, a formal and guided conversation to find an agreement, before resorting to legal measures. This mediation will be done by a specialized entity chosen by mutual agreement between the parties.
For Individual Plans (individuals), we also recommend mediation as the best way to resolve any disagreement, always with the intention of maintaining a good relationship and finding solutions that meet both sides. The company is available for dialogue and support through its service channels.
The forum for dispute resolution will be exclusively that of the jurisdiction where our company is headquartered.

FINAL PROVISIONS
Act of God or Force Majeure. Neither party will be held responsible for non-compliance or delay in fulfilling obligations due to acts of God or force majeure, as long as their consequences persist.
Waiver and Invalidity. If we do not require compliance with a determination, this mere occasional liberality will not be considered a waiver or alteration of that condition. If any condition is considered invalid, it will not affect the other provisions agreed between us and you.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is registered electronically, from your registration or acceptance of the new version made available, being registered through our company according to your personal credentials for accessing the Platform and IP (Internet Protocol), ensuring legal validity and security for our company and for you.
